Established in 1997, we are a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D and production of spherical aluminium powder, aluminium-based alloy powder and other metal powders. In December 2009, the company was jointly acquired by Toyo Aluminium K.K. Group and Shanghai Matsuo Co., Ltd., integrating us into one of the world's most established aluminium powder and pigment groups.

Can you customize the particle size distribution?
Yes. Particle size distribution, alloy composition and surface treatment can be engineered to your process, whether LPBF, MIM, press-and-sinter PM, thermal fillers or pigment milling. Share your target D10/D50/D90 and application to receive a matched recommendation.
What is the difference between spherical and coated aluminium powder?
Spherical uncoated powder offers high flowability and packing density for 3D printing, PM and AMMC. Coated or surface-treated powder adds a functional surface layer that improves compatibility with polymer matrices such as silicone or epoxy and improves handling in thermal filler formulations.
How is aluminium powder shipped internationally?
Aluminium powder is a regulated dangerous good. Uncoated grades are typically classified as UN1396 (Class 4.3) and coated grades as UN1309 (Class 4.1). We ship in sealed, moisture-protected packaging with Safety Data Sheets and compliant dangerous-goods documentation.

We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management, and hold a Safe Production License for metal powder manufacturing. Certificates of Analysis are available per batch on request.
